Lab collection services are provided at both Footprints locations. A provider from Footprints can order labs in conjunction with a visit. Orders from outside providers are also accepted.

Comprehensive Root Cause Testing

If you are wanting to get to the root cause of your health concerns this is for you. It includes comprehensive blood testing along with hair testing to give a full picture of your health and potential reasons for your symptoms.  Megan Grygleski PA will compile all of the results into a user friendly report with protocol. This will help you understand the results and see where you can make changes to improve your health. She will communicate via email with you and help answer questions along your journey. This is valued at greater than $3000, but we will give a discount if paid in full upfront. This brings the cost down to $1995. 

Hair Testing

Also a part of our CAM/Restorative healthcare. You get the mail in a kit from us and collect the hair at home and mail in for analysis. This test will look to see if you have any irregular minerals or heavy metals in your diet or environment. Once we receive the results Megan Grygleski PA will review them and create your personal protocol offering suggestions to improve your health.  Cost is $600 and includes both the lab and protocol.

GI Mapping

This is a part of our CAM/Restorative healthcare and is a stool sample you collect at home and send in for analysis. Once we receive the results, our provider, Megan Grygleski PA will design a personal protocol explaining your results and steps you can take to improve your gut health. She will communicate with you via email and allow time for questions and follow up. Cost is $1325 and includes both the lab and protocol.

GeneSight Testing  |  Cost Varies

The GeneSight test analyzes clinically important genetic variations in your DNA. Results can inform your provider about how you may break down or respond to certain medications commonly prescribed to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions. The GeneSight test must be ordered by one of our nurse practitioners and requires an office visit with us. Typical out-of-pocket cost is $330.

Food Sensitivity Testing | Cost Varies

Food sensitivities are recognized to be correlated with many chronic health conditions, such as IBS, eczema, fatigue, and others – but with proper identification and elimination of offending foods, many experience relief from their symptoms. Antibody assessment panels can serve as useful tools in the identification of trigger foods in individuals. We offer a comprehensive 208 food panel, as well as 144- and 96-food panels to assess antibody response to common foods. These tests cannot be billed to insurance.
